As we enter our second lockdown in England and work within tightened restrictions across the rest of the UK, I wanted to confirm that our business remains firmly open as it has been throughout this pandemic. We are providing essential services and I wanted to confirm that your service from us will be unaffected throughout this late Autumn and Winter period.
We do have a mix of staff working from home where it does not directly impact on service, and, our essential staff remain working from our office and sales sites. In particular, our Sales and Rental teams remain on site to support our customers. Our Fleet team also remain working in our offices and are available as normal to take and action your calls and emails. Our front line support teams of Sales, Rental and Fleet are therefore very much business as usual.
We have also taken steps to ensure that all other operations remain unaffected. Our business continues to operate at full staff levels and with our recent investments in our new business platform, specifically designed to further streamline Fleet Management, Finance and Reporting, we are ready to be a supplier you can rely on throughout the challenging months ahead.
As you would expect, our sites and offices are practising strict hygiene procedures for the safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers. If you or one of your colleagues is collecting or delivering a vehicle to any of our sites, we would kindly request you call in advance and arrange an appointment. This will ensure we can avoid unnecessary delays and follow absolute best practice health and safety advice and rules on social distancing, for the good of all of us.
