Staff’s hard work leads to score of 97 per cent in our annual Customer Satisfaction survey

The results from our recent annual Customer Satisfaction survey are in.

This survey was undertaken by an independent market research agency in July, and responses were received in confidence ensuring no undue influence in the ratings.

We are delighted to report that from the high response rate, the “Overall Satisfaction with AAG” scored 97% and that 79% would “Definitely Recommend AAG” to their contacts.

Our relationship management scored an impressive 98% satisfaction, which is something our team work hard to achieve. These results underline our customer service ethos, something which we are extremely proud of and never take for granted.
