Customers Feedback Strong Support for Asset Alliance’s Truck and Trailer Sales Division

Customer Satisfaction is Extremely Strong

In a recent customer survey, we were delighted to receive some hugely positive feedback from our key customer groups.

Almost without exception we saw our Truck and Trailer Sales division receive ratings typically over 90% across service areas such as sales process, range of stock, billing and communications. In particular, overall satisfaction and recommendation levels of 96% and 94% respectively were extremely positive and welcome.

Marketing Director, Grant Law was clear about what lies behind these exceptional results, “The last two years has seen the company align under one brand, one set of values and get behind the principles of relationship management and service support. Our plans are to further extend this as we embark on a number of initiatives to genuinely differentiate the way we do business for our customers’ satisfaction. We always believe there is more work to do, but feedback from our recent key customer survey which focused on our larger Truck and Trailer Sales customers’ was hugely reassuring that we are on the right road and now must sustain and increase these levels in our day-to-day actions”.
