Describe your remit and responsibilities as Business Development Manager for Asset Alliance Group
I cover Wales, England Midlands, West and the South West regions in my role, supporting customers in the bus and coach markets.
What do you enjoy most about working for Asset Alliance Group?
We have a great company culture, there’s support throughout the team, and it’s a positive environment to work in.
What’s the best thing about your team/department?
There’s a lot of interaction and we work closely together and support each other.
Can you offer an example of the positive company culture at AAG and supportive management?
The company have various groups within the business offering support to staff going through issues. The management team is always available to listen, too.
Who or what inspires you in your day-to-day work?
For inspiration I set myself daily goals and objectives and look at ways of achieving them in the most effective way possible.

Driven, Determined, Passionate, Proactive, Positive.
Who is your role model or hero outside work, and why?
Napolean Hill. He wrote some awesome books in the 1930s and after (Think and Grow Rich being one of his best known). He was the father of the self-help and motivational inspiration movement.
Describe your perfect day off, what do you like to do?
Walk with my two Border Terriers in the countryside. Enjoying the surroundings and the plants and trees, with a nice meal at the end.
